Refund & Exchange Policy
Your happiness is our magic ingredient — if something isn't right, we want to know!
Returns We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at onceuponatimecandle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Items returned due to scent preferences
- Used or opened bath and body products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at onceuponatimecandle@gmail.com with a photo so we can make it right.
Refunds Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Reach out within 30 days with a photo and we'll get a replacement on its way.
