Candle Care & Burn Instructions
For the Best Experience & Safety:
FIRST BURN IS IMPORTANT
- Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container on the first burn (typically 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle's life.
EVERY TIME YOU LIGHT
- Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent smoking and ensure a clean burn.
- For double-wicked candles, trim both wicks evenly.
- Remove any wick trimmings or debris from the wax pool.
WHILE BURNING
- Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep the candle within sight and away from drafts, vents, fans, and air currents.
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
- Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from edges.
- Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom.
EXTINGUISHING
- Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Never use water.
- Don't touch or move the candle until the wax has completely cooled and hardened.
- Never extinguish with the lid.
STORAGE
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve fragrance and color.
- Keep lid on when not in use to prevent dust and preserve scent.
SAFETY FIRST
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Discontinue use if flame becomes too high, flickers repeatedly, or smokes excessively.
